Work has started on Shopokova Street
The construction of a hotel opposite the Central Department Store (TSUM) in Bishkek became known thanks to information from the Urban Planning Council.
Local residents noticed the ongoing work, where a pit has already been dug and other construction activities are taking place.
According to information from the architectural department, a 14-story multifunctional building with an underground parking lot, as well as restaurants and cafes, is being built at the address Shopokova Street, 121.
Previously, the building of the Sverdlov District Prosecutor's Office was located on this site.
Additionally, it is worth noting that work is also underway nearby to construct the "Old Bishkek" shopping complex.
