In 2009, LLC "Kaiser" purchased this site from LLC "Airus" for 35 million soms. However, in 2013, the Lenin District Court of Bishkek decided to confiscate the building and land, which became known to the public only through the media.Representatives of LLC "Kaiser" expressed surprise upon learning of the confiscation and noted that the case involved the former mayor of Bishkek, Nariman Tuleev. They are questioning how their property ended up on the list of seized assets.
The company filed a lawsuit requesting to exclude their property from the list of confiscated assets, but the city court rejected their claim, stating that they were not parties to the criminal case.
The disputes lasted several years, and in 2017, the prosecutor's office forcibly evicted LLC "Kaiser" from the occupied building.
The company continues to fight for the restoration of its rights to the property through judicial instances.

The Bishkek city hall clarified that this site is not under their jurisdiction, while the State Agency for Management of State Property of the Kyrgyz Republic stated that the territory is private, as confirmed by a court decision."The construction is being carried out by LLC 'Kaiser', which is the owner of the site," the State Agency for Urban Development and Architecture added.
What is being built on the site?
According to the Bishkek Urban Planning Council, a multifunctional complex with a hotel is planned to be built on this site in 2024. The project is being implemented by LLC "Kaiser", with LLC "Archi Vision" and LLC "Arch Club" as the designers.The complex will be located in the central part of the city and will be bounded by Ibraimov, Kyivskaya, Shopokova, and Ogonbaeva streets.
The project was developed in accordance with the client's requirements and the visual-landscape analysis by the Research Institute "Kyrgyzrestavratsiya".
The complex will include cafes, restaurants, and a hotel, with the designers taking into account the existing urban planning conditions. The dimensions of the building are 46.2 by 31.5 meters.
- Two underground floors are planned for parking for 54 cars.
- The first two floors will house a lobby, restaurant, and conference rooms.
- Hotel rooms will be located from the 3rd to the 14th floors.
- A rooftop space will be organized for use.

The founders are Tuleev Nariman Tashbolotovich, Tuleev Narynbek Tashbolotovich, and Nariman uulu Bakyt, who is also the head of the company.
