As part of the land return program, the Directorate for Resort Management, which is under the control of the Presidential Administration, is actively engaged in reclaiming land plots and facilities that were previously transferred to private individuals, in collaboration with the State National Security Committee (GKNB). Recent efforts have yielded results: the state managed to reclaim 25 hectares of land and buildings with a total area of 5,389 square meters.

It is important to note that the Directorate was established on March 25, 2024. The list of facilities approved by the Presidential Administration and the Federation Council of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan included 16 structures, of which 15 were transferred to the balance of this directorate.

Many of these facilities were in a neglected state, suffered from destruction, and lacked necessary repairs, leading to their inefficiency and the accumulation of significant debts. At the time of transfer to the directorate, the total debt of the sanatorium-resort institutions for salaries, utilities, taxes, and social obligations amounted to about 90 million soms. However, this amount has now been fully settled, and thanks to effective management, the facilities have begun to generate profit.

Overall, the results of the work of resort and sanatorium facilities under the management of the Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan (FPSC) in 2023 showed revenue of 248 million soms, excluding the Workers' Health Fund (FOT).

As of the end of 2024, the revenue of the facilities managed by the directorate amounted to 486 million soms. The forecast for 2025 anticipated revenue of 550 million, but actual results exceeded expectations: revenue reached 779 million soms, which corresponds to 141% of the planned figure.
