The Asian Futsal Cup 2026 has started in Jakarta, featuring 16 teams divided into four groups. The two strongest teams from each group will continue their fight in the quarterfinals.
The Kyrgyzstan national team, known as "Ak Shumkary," is in Group A, where they will compete against the host team Indonesia, as well as Iraq and South Korea. The Kyrgyz team will play their first match on January 27 against Iraq.

Group B: Thailand, Vietnam, Kuwait, Lebanon
Group C: Japan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Australia

All teams earned their spots through successful performances in the qualifiers, which took place from September 20 to 24, 2025, in various Asian countries. The tournament is organized under the aegis of the AFC and will last until February 7.
