A new educational project called "YouTube School" has been launched in the Kyrgyz Republic. Its initiators are the Republican Institution of Prosthetic and Orthopedic Products and the Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Disabilities under the Ministry of Labor, as well as the public association "Mümkünchülük."
The project aims to educate people with disabilities who are currently in the rehabilitation center, receiving prosthetics and orthopedic products, as well as undergoing treatment and adaptation.
The main goal of the "YouTube School" is to develop digital skills and media literacy among participants using modern online platforms. During the training, they will learn the rules of working with YouTube: content creation, video shooting and editing, as well as channel design and management. Participants will also study methods for promotion on social media and personal brand development, which will help improve their communication skills.
The first training group consists of 16 people. Upon completion of the course, each of them will receive certificates. The entire project aims to train 80 people with disabilities.
