During his working trip to the Osh region, Minister of Energy Talaybek Ibraev opened five new facilities, three of which are located in the Uzgen district.

According to information from the press service of the Ministry of Energy, the first facility was built in the Kurshab rural district, and its cost amounted to 7 million 325 thousand soms.

"The next facility is the 110/35/10 kV substation 'Kara-Shoro', for which 13 million 462 thousand soms were spent on construction. The substation is equipped with modern electrical equipment. The third facility, located at the 'Salam-Alyk' site, was built to improve working conditions for employees. Despite significant updates in the energy sector over the past five years, this is still not enough. These infrastructure facilities are intended not only for energy workers but, first and foremost, for the population, as they provide reliable electricity supply," the statement notes.
