The Mayor of Bishkek, Aibek Junushaliev, along with the heads of city services, conducted an inspection of several key infrastructure facilities in the capital. This was reported on the official website of the municipality.

During the trip, the mayor familiarized himself with the reconstruction project of Manas Avenue, which includes the construction of a new road interchange and the extension of Mederov Street along the Ala-Archa River. There are also plans to open Tabaldiev Street. The implementation of this project is scheduled for spring 2026. After the completion of the work, Mederov Street will have two lanes of traffic along its entire length up to Manas Avenue.

“The mayor instructed the relevant services to develop alternative routes for transport in advance during the construction work, to inspect facilities in the water protection zone, and to prepare a support plan for residential buildings in this area. In addition, the mayor visited MP "Bishkeksvet," where he reviewed samples of poles for outdoor lighting from different manufacturers. As a result, an 8.5-meter tall option produced in China was chosen. Similar poles have already been installed on Young Guard Boulevard from Bokonbaeva Street to Jibek Jolu Avenue,” the message notes.

Additionally, the mayor inspected a section of Kronshtadtskaya Street, where the road is planned to continue from Messarosha Street to Fuchik Street.

During the inspection of sanitary pruning on Vasilievsky Tract, instructions were given to enhance the work on cleaning the curb zone, raising the crowns of trees, and creating conditions for the future installation of lighting poles.
