The Minister of Labor, Social Welfare, and Migration Kanat Sagynbaev visited crisis centers that provide assistance to women and children who have become victims of violence on January 27.
Together with the Vice Mayor of Bishkek, Viktoriya Mozgacheva, he visited the municipal crisis center "Ayalzat." This institution offers social and psychological support to those facing issues of domestic and gender violence. Representatives of the center reported that in 2024-2025, assistance was provided to 281 individuals, including 96 women and 185 children. Victims can take advantage of temporary shelter, psychological help, social support, legal consultations, as well as referrals to specialized services.
Additionally, the minister became acquainted with the work of the "Single Window" Center, which was established with the support of the Ministry of Labor. Here, victims of sexual violence and human trafficking are offered comprehensive assistance, including psychological, medical, social, and legal support in a safe and confidential environment.

Sagynbaev emphasized that the development and support of the network of crisis centers are key aspects of state policy aimed at protecting the rights of women and children, as well as preventing violence.
As part of the state social order, the Ministry of Labor has launched a new social project aimed at supporting women and girls who have suffered from domestic violence and human trafficking. A 24/7 hotline 5200 has also been established, where citizens can receive free, anonymous, and confidential assistance.
