According to the agency's information, from January 27 to 29, avalanches, snow drifts, and the formation of ice and glaze due to upcoming precipitation are expected in the mountainous regions, as well as on the roads Bishkek – Osh (in particular, the Ala-Bel pass and Chychkan gorge) and Karakol – Enilchek (Chon-Ashuu pass).
The Ministry urges drivers to maintain a distance of at least 500 meters when passing through areas prone to avalanche danger.
