According to the agency, old synthetic nets are delivered to a waste processing plant located in Bishkek.
“In the last four months, over 141 thousand meters of fishing nets have been removed from Lake Issyk-Kul. Previously, they were handed over to the Ministry of Nature,” the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
