According to the data from the automated information system "Applicant online," the period for submitting applications will last from January 26 to January 28.
As a result of the first two rounds, 535 applications were registered, of which 492 applicants were recommended for admission to universities.
Currently, 355 applicants have been enrolled: 280 in full-time education and 75 in part-time education.
The highest number of applications was received by Osh State University (108), Kyrgyz Economic University (107), as well as the Kyrgyz-Russian Academy of Education and Kyrgyz National University, where 56 applications were registered each.
Of the 355 enrolled applicants, 79 chose a specialization in medicine, the same number in the field of education, 51 in information technology, 42 in economics and finance, and 40 in management. The rest chose other fields.
The selection is based on the results of the autumn and spring National Testing, which will take place in 2025.
The winter admission to universities is organized for enrolling applicants exclusively in contract places that remained vacant after the summer enrollment.
The mechanism for admitting students, both citizens of Kyrgyzstan and foreigners, to higher educational institutions has been developed to improve access to high-quality professional education and is implemented twice a year.
