Erlan Kokulov found cockroaches in the "Aurora" sanatorium. Here’s what they replied to him.
According to information from the press service, the footage indeed captures the changing rooms and storage areas of the dining room, which are temporarily not functioning in their usual roles as they are being used for dismantling work. Construction materials and equipment are currently stored in these areas.
Regarding the cockroaches, the administration clarified that the insects were spotted specifically in the storage areas during the ongoing repairs, and not in the dining hall or the operating kitchen. They promised to conduct a complete sanitary treatment after all work is completed.
Additionally, the administration of "Aurora" stated that some individuals, who according to an internal investigation are former employees dismissed for violations of internal regulations, including those related to food safety, had approached the deputy.
The administration also noted that in 2023, the sanatorium's revenues amounted to over 140 million soms, in 2024 — 170 million soms, and in 2025, growth is projected to reach 239 million soms. These successes, they said, are linked to the implementation of digital accounting and control systems, and the funds obtained are directed towards modernizing the infrastructure.
Furthermore, they emphasized that previously unfinished facilities, Aurora Green and Aurora Plus, have been completed and put in order after being transferred to the sanatorium's balance. The management also provided a video showing the progress of the renovation work and the planned appearance of the complex.
