After the Transfer of the Bailiff Service to the Prosecutor General's Office, the Volume of Recoveries in the Second Half of the Year Increased by More Than 2.5 Times

The Enforcement Service operating under the General Prosecutor's Office has published information about a significant increase in the amount of compensation received in the state budget for the second half of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024. According to the agency, the increase was made possible by the transfer of the Service into the structure of the General Prosecutor's Office, which occurred on July 1, 2025.
For accurate analysis, data for July-December of both years were compared. In particular, from July to December 2024, the amount of compensation was 286 million 680 thousand 868 soms. Meanwhile, in the corresponding time frame of 2025, this figure rose to 743 million 115 thousand 740 soms. Thus, the volume of collections increased by more than 2.5 times, as reported by the Service.
