Starting January 25, a new cycle of art sessions dedicated to world painting titled "The Art of Hope" will begin at the National Museum of Fine Arts named after Gapar Aitiev. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Culture.

The main idea of the cycle is to study painting as a means of supporting the individual, their dignity, and inner strength. This project emphasizes themes of resilience, empathy, acceptance, and hope. Artists in their works not only reflected crises but also helped people realize their worth, find beauty in the ordinary, and offered new perspectives on perceiving the world, artistically exploring ways out of difficult situations.

The first art session will focus on the theme "Creativity and Healing." During the event, based on the life and work of Mexican artist Frida Kahlo, the discussion will revolve around how painting can become a source of strength, supporting a person during difficult trials and illnesses.

The art session will include mini-lectures, interactive elements, and discussions.

The sessions will be conducted by art historian and junior researcher at the KNMAI, Nargiz Sataeva. The art sessions will be held in Kyrgyz for groups of up to 20 people, by prior registration. Each session will last 1.5 hours.
