The inspection of the concrete plant "Bishkek Concrete Plant" was initiated at the direction of Nurdana Oruntaeva, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic. The inspection was conducted by specialists from the Republican Center for Certification in Construction in collaboration with the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control, according to information provided by the agency's press service.

During the inspection, significant violations were identified, such as the absence of necessary architectural and permitting documents and non-compliance of the produced concrete mixtures with established norms and requirements. Samples of concrete, sand, and gravel were collected on-site and sent for laboratory testing to verify their compliance with state standards. Further steps will be determined after receiving the results.

This inspection is part of efforts to strengthen control over the quality of construction materials, especially after recent violations identified at various sites in the capital.

It is worth noting that earlier, significant violations of construction norms were discovered in more than ten blocks of a residential complex located at Ankara, 3a (developer - LLC "Aalam Stroy"), which resulted in a fine of 3 million soms imposed on the developer.

The Ministry of Construction emphasizes the importance of controlling the quality of concrete as a key element in ensuring the safety of buildings and compliance with all construction standards.
