In Bishkek, residential buildings in the "Anar-Bak" housing complex will not be demolished until the end of winter.
In the residential area "Anar-Bak," located in Bishkek, a decision was made to temporarily suspend the demolition of residential buildings. This news sparked heated discussions online, where users expressed dissatisfaction regarding the potential demolition during the winter period when people would be left without shelter.
Dayirbek Orunbekov, head of the information policy service of the President's Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, reported that the issue was raised at a meeting with President Sadyr Japarov. The head of state took an active interest in this matter and instructed that no demolitions of residential buildings where people live should occur until the end of winter.
Additionally, the Mayor of Bishkek, Aibek Junushaliev, confirmed this information in his official statement, emphasizing that the demolition would not affect houses where citizens reside.
It should be noted that the dismantling will only involve those structures that were built illegally and are not intended for habitation.
