In response to these messages, which were brought to the attention of President Sadyr Japarov, the head of the information policy service of the presidential administration, Daiyrbek Orunbekov, provided clarifications.
The president instructed to temporarily suspend the demolition of residential buildings until the end of winter.
The mayor of the capital, Aibek Junushaliev, confirmed this information in his official address, noting that:
- there are no plans to demolish houses where families reside;
- the demolition will only affect illegal foundations, unfinished structures, and vacant buildings.
Thus, statements on social media that "people will be left on the street in winter" are not true, emphasized the presidential administration.
