The important document was signed by representatives of several organizations, including the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Bishkek City Hall, as well as OJSC "Eldik Bank," LLC "Bat Jet," and the Chinese company China National Heavy Machinery Corporation.
The main goal of signing this memorandum is to coordinate joint efforts and develop cooperation for the successful implementation of the infrastructure project, which is intended to improve the transport logistics of the capital and reduce the load on Bishkek's road network.
All parties confirmed their interest in developing partnerships based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit, and openness. The implementation of the Western Bypass Road project is seen as a significant step in improving the transport infrastructure of the capital and attracting investments to the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
