Additionally, the Ministry of Labor reminds about the necessity of completing a number of mandatory actions for legal residence in Russia. In particular:
— within 30 days, it is required to undergo a medical examination, as well as to complete state fingerprint registration and take a photograph;
— within the same period, it is necessary to register with the migration authority at the place of temporary residence. For those traveling to Moscow and the Moscow region for work, registration is done through the "Amina" app, while family members can register according to general rules;
— it is advisable to conclude an employment or civil law contract;
— within 90 days, it is necessary to extend temporary residence based on the employment or civil law contract, obtaining a stamp in the migration card from the relevant authorities.
