During the inspection, it was established that during the specified years, several plots of land that were in state and municipal ownership were illegally transferred to private hands. In particular, the following plots are mentioned:
• a plot of 1,500 square meters that belonged to the M. Ryskulov Musical and Drama Theater;
• a plot of 3,948 square meters located in the area of the flour market on S. Orozbak Street;
• a plot on At-Bashi Street with an area of 495 square meters.
Thus, the total area of illegally alienated land amounted to 5,943 square meters, and their market value was estimated at 185 million 920 thousand soms.
By the order of the prosecutor's office, all these plots were returned to state ownership.
