It was previously reported that the incident occurred on the outskirts of the village of Spartak, where a car burned down. Inside, the remains of 25-year-old driver O. E. and 16-year-old passenger T. S., a schoolgirl born in 2010, were found.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the car was purchased on January 11. Two days later, the owner contacted an electrician due to problems with the left headlight. The specialist noticed that the technical condition of the vehicle left much to be desired: exposed wires, the smell of gasoline, and smoke in the cabin. The driver was advised to stop using the car due to the high likelihood of danger.
Despite the identified circumstances, a criminal case was opened for a more thorough investigation of the incident under Article 122 "Murder" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Currently, investigative actions are being carried out, based on the results of which a decision will be made on further procedural actions.
The Main Internal Affairs Department of the Chui Region urges citizens to refrain from spreading false information regarding this case.
