This decision was made as a result of technical malfunctions in the data transmission system of the "smart" meters that occurred in the fourth quarter of last year. The company recognizes that issues with data transmission may have caused difficulties for users, which is why the decision to temporarily suspend the accrual of late fees was made.
It is important to note that this measure only applies to debts accumulated by the end of December 2025. If subscribers do not settle their obligations during the period from January to March, the accrual of late fees will resume in standard mode starting April 1, 2026.
Currently, the data transmission system is functioning stably, and charges are being made based on the actual readings of the meters.
