At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Minister of Energy Altynbek Rysbaev stated that currently there are no rolling blackouts in any regions of Kyrgyzstan.
This statement was made in response to a question from Deputy Mahabat Mavlyanova, who noted that residents of the Nookat district had approached her with complaints about power supply issues.
Rysbaev confirmed that rolling blackouts are not occurring in the country.
Mavlyanova, in turn, requested to investigate the reasons for the disruptions in electricity supply in the Nookat district and to provide the necessary information on this matter.
