A unified design code for buildings is planned to be implemented
A new landscaping project has been developed in Kara-Balta, as reported by representatives of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the Ministry of Construction.
The project, prepared by specialists from the Jayil District Administration, covers an area on Kozhomberdieva Street between Jayyl Baatyr and Krylov Streets. All changes have been designed in accordance with modern urban planning, architectural, and environmental standards, which will create a safe and comfortable public space.
As part of the project, the installation of public transport stops is planned, as well as the construction of pedestrian and bicycle paths. Additionally, lighting poles of 3 and 12 meters in height will be installed. Small architectural forms, landscaping, and the organization of parking spaces are also included.
The project also includes the implementation of a unified design code for buildings along the road, which will help to streamline the architectural appearance of the area.
