At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Gulsharkan Kultaeva asked the First Deputy Minister of Labor, Social Security, and Migration Kamchybek Dosmatov about the possibility of recalling employees from their vacation.
The Deputy Minister explained that such a recall is only possible with the employee's consent; it cannot be done without their permission.
In addition, the deputy inquired whether an employee who did not take vacation last year could combine it with the current one.
Dosmatov replied that labor legislation indeed provides for such provisions and the employee is entitled to additional vacation.
