In Karakol, the allocation of benefits for families with children under 3 years old has begun
According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, adopted on September 27, 2025, under number 623, the payment of a monthly allowance called "Assistance to Residents of High Mountain Areas" began on January 12, 2026. It is intended for families living in mountainous and hard-to-reach areas, as well as in certain border villages with special status, who have a third or subsequent child under the age of 3.
The acceptance of applications started on January 12, 2026, which led to an increase in the number of inquiries at the Karakol City Department of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration.
According to the head of the department, Bilimbek Sagynbaev, a total of 449 applications have been submitted to date, of which 322 have been entered into the electronic database.
"At the moment, six employees are engaged in accepting applications. We are processing documents promptly and providing comprehensive explanations to all applicants. The main requirement is the matching of registration, actual place of residence, and registration of all family members," he noted.
To apply for the allowance, the following documents must be prepared:
- copies of parents' passports;
- copies of children's birth certificates;
- a copy of the marriage certificate;
- a bank account in one of the two state banks;
- a certificate of family composition from the "Tündük" system.
