Local residents from several villages in the southwestern part of the Toktogul district report bear attacks and damage to beehives.
At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Kunduzbek Suimanov raised the issue of bears that are causing problems in the Alatai forest park in the southwestern zone of Toktogul.
According to him, these animals not only destroy beehives but also threaten the safety of residents in the villages of Terek-Suu, Chon-Aryk, Mazar-Suu, Ak-Tektir, and Kara-Kungoy. He called for greater attention to this situation and for necessary measures to be taken to protect local residents.
