There is a court decision confirming the conversion of this property into residential premises. However, the owners are unable to obtain technical passports for their apartments, which hinders them from registering and obtaining other necessary documents. Surabaldiyeva urged the authorities to issue technical passports for housing to the employees of the municipal enterprise.
