The Best of 2025 Determined by the Internal Affairs Directorate of Batken Region

In the Batken region, the results of the year have been summarized among the employees of the Internal Affairs Directorate who demonstrated outstanding achievements in their work.

According to the information from the regional police press service, in 2025, awards were given to those who showed high professional skills in ensuring safety, combating crime, and diligently fulfilling their official duties. Additionally, the most active representatives of the veterans' council, who made significant contributions to public life, were recognized.

Special diplomas, award ribbons, and pennants were presented to the winners of the contests "Best in Profession" and "Best Veterans' Council".

In the category "Best Veterans' Council":

The first place was awarded to the chairman of the veterans' council of the Kyzyl-Kiya City Internal Affairs Department, retired police lieutenant colonel Turdubaev Abdimitalip Abdrazakovich.

The second place went to the chairman of the veterans' council of the Batken District Internal Affairs Department, retired police warrant officer Amirakulov Kubanychbek Alikanovich.

The third place was taken by the chairman of the veterans' council of the Leilek District Internal Affairs Department, retired police major Rustamov Baktybek Satarovich.

Colonel of police Ulan Zhukenov, head of the Batken region Internal Affairs Directorate, congratulated the veterans of the Internal Affairs bodies of the Batken district — Abdullaev Abdumalik Ismailovich and Akmatov Appazhan Jalalhanovich on their 60th anniversary. He presented them with ak kalpak, a traditional headwear of the Kyrgyz, as well as congratulatory letters and awards from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
