The city's mayor, Aibek Junushaliev, has instructed to terminate the contract with the café "Jasmin" due to violations, while the entrepreneur will be offered an alternative land plot.
During an inspection, Deputy Mayor Ramiz Aliyev noted that the plot was provided for the installation of a light structure, but instead, a capital building was constructed.
In the future, a comprehensive improvement of the area along the channel is planned.
Additionally, a multi-level parking lot is planned to be built at 5/1a Sagymbaya Manaschy Street.
A new bridge, 28 meters wide, will be constructed on the plot between Shabdan Baatyr and Sagymbaya Manaschy Streets.
