Construction of the bridge on Jibek-Jolu. The Mayor of Bishkek ordered to change the contractor.
The mayor of the capital, Aibek Junushaliev, has decided to change the contracting organization responsible for the construction of the bridge on Jibek-Jolu Avenue. This became known during his field meeting, where he assessed the progress of several important infrastructure projects in the capital.
According to information from the city authorities, deficiencies were found in the fencing at the site, which led to the termination of the contract with the current contractor. Additionally, the mayor instructed to check the legality of the placement of buildings along the riverbed.
According to the project, the new bridge will consist of six lanes. Special areas for parking are also planned, including spaces for taxis.
