Residents in line for housing from the State Mortgage Company (GIK) contacted the Kaktus.media Call Center with questions about discrepancies between the queue displayed in their personal accounts and the general list.

They noted: "The same participant of the GIK has different queue numbers in the general list and in their personal account. Which of these values is accurate? We need to know which queue to rely on."

The editorial team decided to seek comments from the State Mortgage Company.

GIK specialists explained: "Sometimes there are indeed discrepancies in the queue between the personal account and 'Tunduk'. This may be related to glitches on the portal. In such cases, citizens can contact us at the office. However, in most cases, the queues in the personal account and in 'Tunduk' match, and they can be tracked in both places.

Discrepancies with the general list arise because we have not yet updated it, as we are currently updating our website.

GIK representatives recommend relying on the data provided in the personal account or in 'Tunduk', and in case of discrepancies, to contact them for clarification," they added.
