According to the new resolution No. 9, signed on January 16 by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev, the standard qualification requirements for administrative positions in both state and municipal services of the highest, main, senior, and junior groups include knowledge of the state language at the level defined by the regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as knowledge of an international language to the extent necessary for the performance of official duties.
