According to Toktakunov, this is the same man after whose complaint the Sverdlovsk District Court imposed a fine of 10,000 soms on his ex-wife. The lawyer also added that this man is not fulfilling his obligations to pay alimony and, according to him, has received 16 warnings from law enforcement for instances of physical and psychological violence.
Recall that on January 13, Nurbek Toktakunov reported that the judge of the Sverdlovsk District Court, Zhanibek uulu, imposed a fine on the woman for the slap she delivered to her ex-husband. According to the lawyer, the incident occurred due to prolonged conflicts and systematic violence from the man.
Toktakunov emphasized that the facts of violence are confirmed by 16 protection orders, as well as a decision from the Lenin District Court regarding "torture." He noted that the conflict occurred during the arrival of an ambulance concerning a child's injury, when the woman was in a state of severe stress.
The lawyer also claimed that the prosecution insisted that the episode with the slap be considered separately from previous cases of violence. Toktakunov announced plans to appeal the decision of the Sverdlovsk District Court in an appellate manner.
