Residential houses built without the necessary documents have been identified in the northern part of Bishkek, in the area of the new bypass road construction. This was reported by the administration of the Oktobersky district.
The municipal head, Zhanibek Orozaliev, held a meeting with residents of the "Anar-Bak," "Kyrman," and "Salkyn-Tor" districts, during which plans for road construction were discussed.

According to Orozaliev, during the design process, structures were identified that illegally occupy land designated for the road. In particular, such objects were found in the "Salkyn-Tor" area. Residents were informed about the procedure for recognizing their rights and possible further steps in accordance with the legislation.
In the "Anar-Bak" area, houses built on land without a state act confirming ownership rights were recorded.
Zhanibek Orozaliev also reported the creation of a state commission that will address cases of illegal land use.
The administration noted that the commission will individually analyze each case of illegal construction and make justified decisions within the framework of the law. All actions regarding the identified structures will be based on the decisions of this commission.

During a conversation with residents of the "Kyrman" area, Orozaliev emphasized that work is currently underway to clarify the boundaries of land plots as part of the land amnesty. Based on the results of this work, the commission will make decisions regarding the confirmation of citizens' rights to their land plots and residential houses.
The city administration emphasized that all projects for the development of Bishkek are being implemented transparently and in compliance with current legal norms.
