According to the Akimat, the demolition affected structures built from 2021 until the end of 2025 in the residential areas of Ak-Ordo and Orok. In addition, two illegal constructions were removed in contour No. 67, which were located on State Fund lands. Permanent fences installed on five plots in contour No. 516 of MTU No. 109 were also dismantled.
The demolition work was temporarily suspended as the owners of the illegally constructed residential buildings provided written commitments to voluntarily dismantle their structures by January 31. The Lenin District Akimat emphasized that the owners of the illegally erected buildings in the territories of MTU No. 109, No. 106, and No. 107 had repeatedly received notifications about the necessity of voluntarily demolishing their constructions and restoring the land plots to their original state. Informational work was also conducted to educate citizens.
