According to the proposal, the new professional holiday will be celebrated annually on April 4. This initiative aims to officially recognize the significance of specialists in the field of digital technologies and computer science, as well as to highlight their contribution to the socio-economic development of the country.
The project is based on Articles 13 and 17 of the constitutional Law "On the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic".
April 4 is also celebrated in several countries as Internet Day, symbolizing progress in the global digital environment, information exchange, and networking technologies. This date is associated with the development of digital infrastructure, increased access to information, and the integration of national digital systems into the global information space.
