According to the proposal, the fee will be charged for notarial actions related to private notaries, for technical services provided using the system. The amount of this fee will be determined by the Ministry of Justice in collaboration with the Antimonopoly Regulation Service under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce.
It is planned that the collected funds will be directed towards technical support and maintenance of the EISN, ensuring cybersecurity and data backup, as well as the development of new functional modules of the system. Payment will be made through integrated electronic payment systems, including the use of QR codes.
