Larisa Dolina sold her apartment in Khamovniki to Polina Lurye in 2024 for 112 million rubles. Later, the singer claimed that the deal was made under pressure from fraudsters and successfully had it declared invalid in court. However, on December 16, 2025, the Supreme Court confirmed Lurye's ownership of the apartment, and the Moscow City Court ruled for Larisa Dolina's eviction.
