The department noted that during the construction of the underground passage, a barrier was initially installed, and street lighting was provided along the road. However, to enhance safety in the area of the construction site, the contracting organization was instructed to install additional barriers.
It is important to note that residents of the capital have already expressed concerns about the insufficient barriers around the pit of the underground passage.
