In which sectors do people earn the most in Kyrgyzstan – data from the Ministry of Labor
The Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic has published data on the average salary across various sectors of the economy. According to information from the National Statistical Committee, the highest average salaries are observed in the financial sector, amounting to 67,121 soms. Salaries in the industrial sector are approximately at the same level — 66,990 soms.
In the transportation sector, the average income of workers is 58,657 soms, while in construction it is 57,472 soms. In trade, the average salary is 47,125 soms, and in agriculture, it is 33,462 soms.
The service sector shows incomes below the national average, with a salary of 29,679 soms, while in healthcare and social services it is 28,082 soms, and in education — 27,054 soms. The lowest average salary is recorded in the cultural sector — 24,861 soms.
The Ministry of Labor also reminded about the possibility of obtaining more detailed information on job vacancies and employment opportunities through territorial employment services.
