“Due to the sharp deterioration in weather, including snowfall and a drop in temperature, control over road safety has been increased,” the message states.
Inspectors from the Road Traffic Safety Department of the Moscow District added that the road maintenance organization No. 28 is actively engaged in clearing the roadway and treating it with a sand-salt mixture.
“We urge drivers to carefully observe traffic rules during snowfall. We recommend maintaining a safe distance, avoiding crossing into oncoming traffic, and not exceeding speed limits,” the inspectors noted.
