The Bishkek–Kara-Balta Road is Covered by Thick Fog

On the Bishkek–Kara-Balta highway, there is a significant reduction in visibility due to worsening weather conditions.

As reported by the press service of the Traffic Safety Department of the Chui Region's Interior Ministry, on the evening of January 7, dense fog settled on the Bishkek–Kara-Balta road. "The fog covered the highway as a result of a sharp deterioration in weather and a drop in temperature. Drivers are advised to be cautious," the press service warned.

The Traffic Safety Department of the Moscow District also urged drivers to exercise caution: "Due to the fog, we strongly recommend not exceeding the established speed limit, maintaining a safe distance, not entering oncoming lanes, and strictly following traffic rules," the message from the Traffic Safety Department states.
