The Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic announced the launch of a new "Integrated System for Accounting Breeding Farms and Artificial Insemination Points," developed by the Veterinary, Animal Husbandry, Pasture, and Feed Service.
This system aims to simplify the process of submitting online applications for obtaining, confirming, and changing the statuses of breeding farms. It also provides the possibility of issuing electronic certificates. Moreover, the system allows for the automation and optimization of business processes related to the evaluation of breeding farms.
As part of this system, a unified electronic register will be created, which will ensure current, reliable, and accessible information about breeding farms and artificial insemination points.
The automated information system is also aimed at creating conditions for improving the productive qualities of animals raised in the republic. This will allow livestock breeders to access the services of artificial insemination points and breeding animal semen of various productivity directions.
In addition, the system provides for the creation of a unified digital platform for breeding entities, which will promote the introduction of modern digital technologies into the industry, increasing its efficiency and competitiveness.
