Analysis of the structure of the consumer basket
Food products make up the main part of the population's expenses, with their cost amounting to 5,653.26 soms. Non-food products accounted for 1,391.57 soms, while services cost 1,478.54 soms, and tax payments totaled 173.95 soms.
Regional differences
The highest subsistence minimum was recorded in Bishkek, amounting to 10,349.67 soms (for able-bodied men), as well as in the Jalal-Abad region, where it was 10,243.23 soms.
The lowest level of the subsistence minimum is observed in the Issyk-Kul region, where it stands at 7,908.1 soms for the entire population.
