BTS Announces World Tour After Long Hiatus.

The famous K-pop group BTS has announced their world tour, starting in April 2026, according to information from The Guardian.

Concerts will take place in countries across Asia, North and South America, Europe, and Australia. A total of more than 70 performances are planned, with the tour concluding in March 2027.

This will be BTS's first tour since their concert program in 2021-2022.

Pre-sale tickets will go on sale on January 22 and 23 and will be available only to members of the official fan club registered on a special platform. Other buyers will be able to purchase tickets starting January 24.

Recall that in July 2025, the members of BTS returned to group activities after a four-year hiatus due to mandatory military service.

In South Korea, all men are required to serve in the military for a period of 18 to 21 months. However, athletes and classical genre artists who have achieved international recognition can expect special privileges. Nevertheless, K-pop performers, including BTS, are not included in this list, although in 2020 the group managed to obtain a deferment from military service due to changes in legislation allowing service to be postponed until the age of 30.
