More than 30 citizens raised various questions regarding the accessibility and quality of medical services, forensic examinations, the work of private clinics, treatment of children, and provision of medications. Among the issues raised were cases of unethical treatment of patients.
“For many inquiries, necessary clarifications were provided on the spot. Kanaybek Dosmambetov instructed the relevant services to promptly review the submitted materials and ensure a quick resolution of the problems that arose,” the press release states.
