The hawk that flew into the village was released back into the wild

Specialists from the Batken Regional Department of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic conducted an inspection of a hawk that accidentally flew into one of the villages. After being examined by a relevant expert, the bird was released back into its natural habitat.

The department noted that hawks belong to the diurnal birds of prey family Accipitridae and are found on almost all continents. These agile and fast hunters prefer mountainous and forested areas.

The ministry also emphasized that the law prohibits the illegal keeping of wild animals and causing harm to their habitats. Protecting nature is the responsibility of every citizen.
