Kyrgyzstan ranked 75th in the Henley & Partners Passport Index

The updated Passport Index for 2026 was presented by Henley & Partners. This ranking covers over a hundred passports and is based on data from the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

Kyrgyzstan ranked 75th in this index, which coincides with Uzbekistan's position. Holders of the Kyrgyz passport can visit 61 countries without a visa.

As for its neighbors, Kazakhstan is in 61st place, providing access to 78 countries without visas. Tajikistan is in 81st position (54 countries), while Turkmenistan is in 87th place with the ability to visit 47 destinations.

At the top of the ranking are Singapore (192 countries), as well as Japan and South Korea, both with 188 visa-free destinations.

It is important to note that in 2025, Kyrgyzstan held the 73rd position in the same ranking.

The Passport Index by Henley & Partners is an international indicator reflecting the level of freedom of movement for citizens of different countries. It analyzes visa conditions and ranks countries based on the number of countries their citizens can enter without prior visa arrangements.

A country's position in this index is determined by the number of states to which its citizens can travel without a visa or with a visa on arrival.
