According to the information, the main tasks of the event are to identify and suppress cases of illegal trafficking, possession, and sale of firearms, gas weapons, traumatic weapons, and cold weapons, as well as ammunition. An important aspect is the prevention of crimes related to the use of this weapon. Special attention will be paid to compliance with legislation regarding the circulation of weapons by both citizens and organizations.
Police officers will conduct raid activities, carry out checks in places where illegal weapons may be stored, and hold explanatory conversations with the population. Control will also be exercised over owners of registered weapons.
Since the beginning of the operation, 17 units of illegal weapons have already been seized, and measures are being taken against individuals who have violated the requirements of the legislation, noted representatives of the agency.
